DAVID IS BEST KNOWN FOR BEING A THIRD-RATE ACTOR WHO GOT LUCKY IN DOCTOR WHO,AND IS CONSIDERED BY MANY STUPID PEOPLE AS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER.
